Description
Almitrine dimesilate 50 mg per 1 tablet ( 1.5 g per box)
Common uses
This medicament increases the oxygen rate of arterial blood. It is used to treat respiratory insufficiency, obstructive chronic bronchitis, when the oxygen rate of the arterial blood is insufficient (hypoxemia).
Contraindications
Severe hepatic affections, pregnancy and lactation.
Dosage
The usual posology is of 1-2 tablets daily during the main meals. After a massive treatment of 3 months at the initial posology, a maintenace treatment can be made with one month's break every 2 months of treatment. In any case strictly comply with your physician's prescritpion.
