Description
Praeparatio sicca: Mitomycinum 20 mg, natrii chloridum pro vitro.
Common uses
Solid tumors, in association with other cytostatics.
Contraindications
Pregnancy, lactation, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, angiostaxis, severe hepatic failure, severe renal failure.
Dosage
Recommended posology: 10-20 mg/m2 in brief intravenous perfusion and with 6-9 weeks' intervals.
