Description
Enfuvirtidum 108mg; Natrii carbonas anhydr. (H); Mannitolum (H); pro vitro (h); Solvens: Aqua ad iniectabilia pro vitro (H) 1.1ml corresp.: Enfuvirtidum in sol. reconstit. 90mg/ml.
Common uses
In combination with other antiretrovirals for the treatment of HIV-1 infected patients over 16 years of age who have received treatment with other anti-HIV regimens.
Contraindications
Lactation.
Dosage
Administer by subcutaneous injection into different injection sites: the upper arm, anterior thigh or abdomen twice daily. The treatment should be started only on patients who have failed other antiretroviral regimens; Adults > 16 years of age: 90mg twice daily by subcutaneous injection.
