Description
Doxycyclinum (ut hyclas) 100mg; Ethylvanillinum (A); Chlorophyllini cupras (E141) (C); Excip. pro caps.
Common uses
Respiratory tract infections; urogenital infections; ORL infections; soft tissue infections; skin infections; gastro-intestinal tract infections; eyes infections.
Contraindications
Children < 8 years; severe hepatic insufficiency; pregnancy and lactation; myasthenia.
Dosage
Take after meals, with enough liquid, in a standing position. Adults and adolescents (50-80 kg): first day 200mg in two different doses, then 100mg daily for the following days. Severe infections or weight > 80kg: 200mg daily. Children > 8 years (< 50kg): 4mg/kg the first day in one single dose, then 2mg/kg daily in one single dose.
