KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (code FM1705KM)
Execution and optimization of sales processes in the international pharmaceutical trading within existing business partners as well as development of new leads for the assigned territories and projects; Aligning with budgets, KPIs and rapidly changing business environment.
Ambitious, perseverant and open minded talent, selling
and creating new business within an international rapidly changing sector;
Proven commercial skills (ideally 5-year experience) in
international sales with entrepreneurially oriented mind set;
Experience and understanding of Pharmaceutical sector
and Healthcare context would be an advantage;
Native Italian language and fluent English levels are
must, one more proficiency among Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and Russian
University degree or higher;
Age range, 29-36 years tentatively;
Investigating products requests and suggesting
proactively high value propositions and new solutions to business partners;
Arranging precise, fair and smart sales quotations matching business partner
needs and expectation; Managing CRM activities, such as constant follow-up
phone calls, written correspondence and face-to-face visits; -Handling all
commercial processes from product research to order collection, from delivery
to payment collection; -Guiding relations with Agents network and other
external business partners; -Teaming-up with Procurement, Quality, Logistics
and Financial Dept. to handle all
operations properly; -Liaising with strategic investigation office to support
provision of technical information and scientific data to healthcare
professionals; -Granting an efficient and effective time management for own
tasks exploiting a high degree of autonomy in self organization; -Caring every
day to provide customer with an unbeatable service support according to
corporate philosophy and standards.
